During our beach trip at Morong, Bataan, may dad found out from the locals that there’s this famous soup that the Vietnamese refugees passed down to the people of Morong. The soup is called Hu-tieu. Since my dad and I enjoy exploring different food, we really want to try it out. So on Thursday, we went out of the resort and looked for the famous soup. Viola, we found this carinderia type eatery called Loleng Hu-tieu-an which was recommended by the locals. We ordered the large serving of Hu-tieu soup for 20 pesos (define cheap) and Ban Mi sandwich for 25 pesos (again, define cheap). Both are very VERY delicious. I can’t believe I only spend 45 pesos for that meal. My tummy was very satisfied. YUUUUUM.
